Chrombox O (Optimizer) includes various functions for optimizing chromatographic conditions with response surface methodology. The program applies models based on chromatographic theory, in addition to classical response surface models based on polynomials. The program is adapted to result files from Chrombox Q and Chrombox C to facilitate efficient data flow. Examples of usage can be found in [Chhaganlal et al., J. Chromatogr. A 1332 (2014) 64], [Mjøs & Waktola., J. Sep. Sci. 38 (2015) 3014] and [Waktola & Mjøs, J. Sep. Sci. 41 (2018) 1582].
