Chrombox Q – Detect

Colours

Blue: Open region, may be affected by [Detect]. Will be closed by [Accept].

Green: Locked region, will not be affected by [Detect] but can be manually edited.

Yellow: Region is quantified but is not in Results, cannot be edited but can be reset in the 'Quantify' window.

Orange: Region is in results, cannot be edited.

Shortcuts

[Z] / [+]: Zoom in

[X] / [–]: Zoom out

[Arrow left] / [Arrow right]: Scroll chromatogram

[Arrow up]: Increase Y-scale max

[Arrow down]: Decrease Y-scale max

Mouse wheel: Adjust Y-scale

[A]: Autoscale

[Shift+A]: Autoscale off

[T]: Focus on target on/off

[Shift] + left mouse click: Add peak

[CTRL] + left mouse click: Add region

[S]: Split region

[Shift+S]: Manual split

[M]: Move borders

[C]: Cut left

[Shift+C]: Cut right

[L]: Lock region

[U]: Unlock region

[D]: Delete region
